E'laan-e-Noon aur IKhfaa-e-Noon
(I) Ibtidaa,iyah

Urdu meN do t^araH ke noon mustamil haiN. ek woh hai jis kee aawaaz alfaaz^ meN pooree t^arah se adaa kee jaatee hai. macala :deewaan, fanaa, yaqeen, sukoon: meN noon ko pooree t^arah se adaa kiyaa jaataa hai. aise noon ko us ke :peT: (stomach) meN ek nuqtah lagaa kar likh`te haiN. micaal ke t^aur par darj-e-Zel sher meN har maqaam par noon kee aawaaz Saaf adaa ho rahee hai. is Soorat ko elaan-e-noon (yanee noon ko z^aahir karnaa) kehte haiN:

yeh kyaa kahaa keh meree balaa bh`ee nah aaYe gee
kyaa tum nah aa,o ge to qaZ^aa bh`ee nah aaYe gee? (Dagh Dehlavi)

doosree qism kee noon woh hai jis ko noon-e-Ghunnah kahaa jaataa hai aur jis meN noon kee aawaaz mukaamaal t^aur se adaa naheeN hotee hai bal.k naak se (nasal) adaa kee jaatee hai. aisee noon ke peT meN nuqtah naheeN lagaayaa jaataa hai. Roman Urdu meN ham is ko N se adaa kareN ge. macala :yahaaN, wahaaN, insaaN: meN noon-e-Ghunaah istamaal kiyaa gayaa hai. Ghalib kaa sher dekh`iYe. is meN aasaaN aur insaaN meN noon-e-Ghunnah hai. is Soorat ko iKhfaa-e-noon (ya,nee :noon ko ch`upaanaa yaa z^aahir nah karnaa) kehte haiN.

bas keh dushwaar hai har kaam kaa aasaaN honaa
aadameee ko bh`ee mayassar naheeN insaaN honaa! (Ghalib)

asaatiZah ne noon ke istamaal ke uSool banaa diYe haiN aur in meN yeh waZ^aaHat kee gayee hai keh kin maqaamaat aur kis istamaal meN elaan-e-noon honaa chaahiYe aur kahaaN iKhfaa-e-noon mustaHsin hai. chooN.k adab-o-sher kaa koyee uSool bh`ee riyaaZ^ee (mathematics) kaa aTal aur be-lachak mas,alah naheeN hai bal.k adab to ek fan (art) hai, is liYe in qawaaneen ko muKhtalif asaatiZah ne muKhtalif t^aur se istamaal kiyaa hai. is maZ^moon kaa maqSad maZkoorah uSooloN ko bayaan karnaa aur un kee mumkinah waZ^aaHat karnaa hai.

(II) Maulanaa Hasrat Mohanee aur :nikaat-e-suKhan:

elaan/iKhfaa-e-noon se muta,alliq uSool aur apnaa mauqif (position) asaatiZah ne beshtar apne kalaam meN noon ke istamaal se hee waaZ^eH kiYe haiN. yanee SaraaHata unhoN ne yeh uSool qalam-band naheeN kiYe haiN bal.k apne ash,aar meN muKhtalif SooratoN meN istamaal kar ke goyaa apnee raaYe aur mauqif z^aahir kiye haiN. albattah Maulanaa Hasrat Mohanee ne apnee kitaab nikaat-e-suKhan meN e'laan.e.noon ke bare meN likh`aa hai keh:
Farsee ke jo alfaaz^ Urdu zabaan meN aam t^aur se raa,ij haiN un ke muta,alliq dastoor yeh hai keh agar voh bilaa.iz^aafat hoN to rivaaj-e-ahl-e-zabaan ke Khilaaf in meN noon kaa e'laan kiyaa jaaYe. lekin tarkeeb-e-Farsee meN e'laan-e-noon jaa,iz naheeN samjh`aa jaataa.

is bayaan se darj-e-Zel baateN aKhaZ kee jaa saktee haiN:

(a) Farsee ke woh alfaaz^ jo Urdu meN aam t^aur se raa,ij haiN woh apnee infiraadee shakl meN e'laan-e-noon ke saath` likh`e jaane chaahiyeN. macala Khoon, eemaan, jaan vaGhairah meN nooN pooree t^araH z^aahir ho rahaa hai.

(b) agar yehee alfaaz^ kisee tarkeeb meN kasrah-e-iz^aafat (yanee aisee :zer: jo do alfaaz^ ko joRne kaa kaam kare), yaa waw-e-a^t^f (yanee aisee :waw: jo do alfaaz^ ko joR kar tarkeeb banaaYe) ke saath` aaYeN to in meN e'laan-e-noon naheeN bal.k iKhfaa-e-noon honaa chaahiYe. ya'nee in taraakeeb ko noon-e-Ghunnah se likh`aa aur paRh`aa jaanaa chaahiYe. macala :dil-o-jaaN, zameen-o-aasmaaN, zulf-e-pareeshaaN: vaGhairah meN :noon: ko naak se adaa kiyaa jaaYe gaa aur us kee aawaaz poore t^aur se z^aahir naheeN ho gee.

(c) yeh dastoor Sirf un Farsee alfaaz^ aur taraakeeb se vaabastah hai jin kaa aaKhiree Harf :noon: hotaa hai aur iss :noon: se qabl aur muttaSil lambaa alif yaa lambaa vav, yaa lambee ye: hote haiN. macala :deen-o-eemaaN:, :chashm-e-maigooN:, yaa :dast-e-gulcheeN:. in taraakeeb meN :noon-e-Ghunaah: se qabl :lambe alif, lambe waw, lambee ye: kee aawaazeN maujood haiN.
Maulaanaa Hasrat Mohani kee teHreer kaa kaleedee (key) lafz^ :dastoor: hai, ya'nee :jo baat umooma ek maKhSooS shakl meN istamaal hotee ho:. unhoN ne yeh naheeN kahaa hai k maZkoorah Soorat meN e'laan-e-noon yaa iKhfaa-e-noon ek qaanoon, uSool yaa kulliyeh kee Haiciyyat rakh`taa hai.
Adab-o-she'r ke qavaaneen-o-uSool meN bh`ee lachak huwaa kartee hai aur mustacniyyat (exceptions) kee gunjaa,ish aur iHtimaal hameshah maujood rehte haiN. shaayad hee koyee aisaa qaanoon ho jis se kisee na kisee ustaad-e-fan ne kabh`ee inHiraaf nah kiyaa ho. ph`ir :dastoor: to qaanoon se ziyaada lachak.daar huwaa kartaa hai aur apnee fit^rat meN vaqt, Haalaat aur ahle-she'r-o-adab kee uftaad-e-t^aba' aur iKhtiraa'-o-ijtihaad kaa taabe' hotaa hai. isee baat ko yooN bh`ee kahaa jaa saktaa hai keh maZkoorah :dastoor: Maulaanaa Hasrat Mohanee kee ustaadaana (expert) raaYe hai jis se inHiraaf mumkin hai. agar aisaa nah hotaa to Maulaanaa apnee kitaab meN uss ke micaaleN naheeN de sakte th`e!
muKhtaSar yooN samajh`iYe keh Maulaanaa Hasrat ke mubai,yyanah :dastoor: kee raushnee meN asaatiZah ke kalaam kaa tajziyah Z^arooree hai. is ke ba'd hee Zer-e-beHc mas,aleh par koyee faiSilah mumkin hai. yeh kehnaa aur samajh`naa ek Ghalat-fehmee hai keh unhoN ne :nikaat.e.suKhan: meN :e'laan-e-noon/iKhfaa-e-noon: par koyee aTal aur aaKhiree faiSilah Saadir farmaa diyaa hai.

(III) tanqeeHaat-o-tashreeHaat

e'laan-e-noon/iKhfaa-e-noon ke mufaSSil tajziyeh aur faiSileh se qabl chand tanqeeHaat-o-tashreeHaat Z^arooree haiN:

(1) adab-o-she'r fan kee Haiciyyat rakh`te haiN. lihaaz^ah un ko riyaaZ^ee (mathematics) kee taraazoo meN naheeN tolaa jaa saktaa hai! ya'nee adab meN koyee kulliyah yaa qaanoon aTal (absolute) naheeN huwaa kartaa hai aur us meN hameshah mustacniyyaat (exceptions) huwaa karte haiN kyoN.k muKhtalif-ul-Khayaal log ek hee muaa,mialeh meN apnee apnee munfarid raaYe rakh sakte haiN aur ba'z auqaat Khud apnee hee raaYe yaa mauqif (position) se bh`ee sha,ooree inHiraaf kar sakte haiN! is par Hairat karne yaa naak-bh`auN chaRhaane kee chandaaN Z^aroorat naheeN hai kyoN.k yeh Soorat-e-Haal ain fit^rat-e-insaanee ke mut^aabiq hai.

(2) she'r-o-adab ke uSool aur qavaaneen saikRoN saal meN fikr-o-naz^ar kee bhaTTee se guZar kar bane haiN aur yeh amal hameshah jaaree rahe gaa. koyee qaanoon nah to hameshah ke liYe caabit-o-qaa,em ho saktaa hai aur nah hee kabh`ee aisaa huawa hai. albattah zabaan-o-bayaan kee ciqaahat, iz^haar-e-Khayaal ke saaNche, taraakeeb aur muHaavare apnee banaavaT aur istamaal meN ek maKhSooS tehzeebee balaNdee se gir kar baazaaree aur Ghair-shaa,istah Soorat iKhtiyaar naheeN kar sakte haiN. shaayad ciqaahat aur shaa,istagee kaa yeh qaanoon hee ek aisaa qaanoon hai jo :absolute: ke qareeN hai!

yahaaN yeh baat kehnee naa-munaasib naheeN hai keh baZ^ adabee HalqoN meN zabaan-o-bayaan kee faSaaHat-o-balaaGhat ke radd-o-qubool kaa ek paimaanah tajweez kiyaa jaataa hai keh:
agar koyee t^areeq-e-teHreer kam az kam do (2) mustanad asaatiZah ne apne kalaam meN istamaal kiya hai to us ko faSeeH-o-baleeGh qaraar diyaa jaa saktaa hai.
ba-zaahir to yeh kulliyah dilchasp aur saHeeH meHsoos hotaa hai lekin apne andar baRee mushkilaat aur masaa,il rakh`taa hai. ek to yeh keh koyee aisaa qaa,idah-kulliya qaa,em hee naheeN ho saktaa hai jis se kam-az-kam do asaatiZah ne kabh`ee na kabh`ee inHiraaf nah kiyaa ho. is kaa Saaf mat^lab yeh ho gaa keh har qaa,idah naa-paid ho kar reh jaaYe gaa aur har shaKhS man-maanee karne ke liYe aazaad ho gaa. doosree dilchasp baat is uSool se yeh paidaa ho gee keh baazaaree, mubtaZil aur Ghair-adabee zabaan-o-bayaan bh`ee faSaaHat aur balaaGhat kee taraazoo meN poore utreN ge kyoN.k kam az kam do mustanad asaatiZah aise yaqeena mil jaayeN ge jinhoN ne apnee adabee zindagee ke kisee kamzor lamHeh meN aise andaaz-e-zabaan-o-bayaan ko ek aadh` martabah hee sahee istamaal Z^aroor kiyaa hai.
maiN Zel meN do ek nisbata halkee-ph`ulkee sooqiyaana zabaan kee micaaleN de rahaa hooN jo mustanad aur mash,hoor sho,araa ne istamaal kee haiN. to kyaa aisee zabaan aur aiasaa bayaan adab meN qaabil-e-qubool qaraar paaYeN ge?

ai Mushafee maiN afSaH-e-sheereeN-suKhanaaN hooN
kab mujh` se t^araf ho sake hai har koyee paajee? (Mushafee)
Mir jee is t^araH se aate haiN
jaise kaNjar kaheeN ko jaate haiN (Mir)
Syed ho yaa chamaar ho, is jaa vafaa hai shart^
kyaa aashiqee meN pooch`te ho Zaat ke tayeeN (Mir)

Z^aahir hai keh chooN.k do mustanad asaatiZah ne baazaaree alfaaz apne kalaam meN baaNdh`e haiN iss liye maZkoorah kulliyeh kee roo se yeh andaaz faSeeH-o-baleeGh honaa chaahiYe! yeh kehne kee Z^aroorat naheeN hai kehyeh baat qaabil.e.qubool naheeN ho saktee hai.

(IV) saHeeH t^areeq-e-teHqeeq
dar-aSl dekhnaa yeh chaahiYe keh Zer-e-beHc mas,aleh par musallim-ac-cuboot aur mustanad asaatiZah ne Maulana Hasrat ke mubi,yyanah :dastoor: se agar inHiraaf kiyaa hai to us kaa tanaasub un ke jumlah kalaam ke tanaaz^ur meN kitnaa hai? ya'nee, aayaa unhoN ne kisee maKhSooS tareeq-e-kaar (macala taraakeeb-e-Farsee meN e'ilaan-e-noon/iKhfaa-e-noon) ko kitnee aazaadee aur kacrat se istamaal kiyaa hai, yaa apnee qillat-e-istamaal ke pesh-e-naz^ar yeh istamaal ek isticnaayee (exceptional) Haiciyyat rakh`taa hai?
e'laan-e-noon/iKhfaa-e-noon kaa mas,alah ho yaa koyee aur aisaa hee savaal, yeh baat Zehn meN rakh`ne kee hai keh alfaaz^-o-taraakeeb apne maHall-e-istamaal ke bh`ee paaband huwaa karte haiN. ya'nee un kee shakl jumle yaa she'r meN un ke maqaam-e-istamaal se bh`ee badal saktee hai. goyaa un kee jo Soorat she'r ke shuroo' yaa darmiyaan meN mo'tabar hai, Z^arooree naheeN keh vohee Soorat she'r ke aaKhir meN bhee mo'tabar ho.yeh nuktah aage kee beHc meN e'laan-e-noon/iKhfaa-e-noon ke Havaale se aur waaZ^eH ho jaaYe gaa.
yahaaN teHqeeq kaa yeh t^areeqah iKhtiyaar kiyaa gayaa hai keh baGhair koyee mauqif qaa,em kiYe huwe asaatiZa kaa kalaam Ghaur se dekh`aa jaaye keh unhoN ne e'laan-e-noon/iKhfaa-e-noon kahaaN aur kin SooratoN meN iKhtiyaar kiyaa hai? is istamaal kee mote-moTee qismoN kee darjah-bandee karne ke ba'd maiN ne nataa,ij aKhaz karne kee koshish kee hai. z^aahir hai keh vaqt aur vasaa,il kee kamee kee vajh se yeh teHqeeq mukammal naheeN kahee jaa saktee hai. lekin is se ziyaadah maujoodah Haalaat meN shaayad mumkin bh`ee naheeN hai.
(V) teHqeeq aur tajziyah
maiN ne is teHqeeq ke dauraan Mir Taqi Mir, Mirza Ghalib, Momin Khan Momin, alaamah Iqbal, Jigar Muradabadi aur Firaq Gorakhpuri ke us kalaam par naz^ar Daalee hai jo mere paas maujood hai. in ke ilaavah muKhtalif kitaaboN aur risaaloN meN shaay'e-shudah doosre asaatiZah ke kalaam se bh`ee istifaadah kiyaa hai. is jaa,izeh se aisee Farsee taraakeeb ke baare meN jin par e'laan-e-noon/iKhfaa-e-noon kaa it^laaq ho saktaa hai darj-e-Zel umoor aKhaZ kiYe jaa sakte haiN:

(a) aisee taraakeeb ash,aar ke shuroo' meN, darmiyaan meN yaa aaKhir meN istamaal huyee haiN.
(b) maHall-e-istamaal ke e'tibaar se e'laan-e-noon/iKhfaa-e-noon ke it^laaq kee Soorat badal jaatee hai.
(c) e'laan-e-noon/iKhfaa-e-noon aisee taraakeeb ke ajzaa kaa bh`ee thoRaa saa paaband hai. macala ismaa-e-Khaas (proper nouns) se murakkab alfaaz^ meN yeh :dastoor: ziyaadah aazaadee aur lachak kaa Haamil hai.

iss ijmaal kee tafseel darj.e.zel hai:

(1) jahaaN yeh taraakeeb miSre' ke shuroo' meN istamaal huyee haiN vahaaN in meN e'laan-e-noon aur iKhfaa-e-noon donoN SoorateN aam aur mo'tabar haiN. chand micaaleN mulaaHiz^ah farmaa,iYe:

(a) e'laan-e-noon kee micaaleN

ab qaid se ummeed-e-rihaayee naheeN rahee
hamdard-e-paasbaan haiN zindaaniyoN meN ham (Momin)

Khoob-roo sab kee jaan hote haiN
aabroo-e-jahaan hote haiN (Mir)

mar gayaa jo aseer-e-qaid-e-Hayaat
taNgnaa-e-jahaan se niklaa (Mir)

aur bh`ee chaahiYe so kahiye agar
dil-e-naa-mehrbaan meN kuch` hai (Mir Dard)

shara'-o-aayeen par madaar naheeN
aise qaatil kaa kyaa kare koyee? (Ghalib)

taabindah-o-javaan to baKht-e-raqeeb th`e
ham teerah-roz kyoN Gham-e-hijraaN ko bh`aa gaYe? (Hali)

(b) iKhfaa-e-noon kee micaaleN

chashm-e-KhoobaaN Khaamshee meN bh`ee navaa-pardaaz hai
surmah to kehve keh dood-e-sho'la-e-aavaaz hai (Ghalib)

chashm-e-tar se roz-o-shab hotee naheeN door aasteeN
aabroo-e-mardumaaN rakh`tee hai manz^oor aasteeN (Shah Nasir)

us ne kee pursish-e-Haalaat to muNh ph`er liyaa
dil-e-GhamgeeN ke yeh andaaz! Khudaa Khair kare! (Firaq Gorakhpuri)

roo-e-raNgeeN pah paseene kaa ajab aalam th`aa
aab-o-aatish ko baham dast-o-gareebaaN dekh`aa! (Jalil Manikpuri)

joo-e-KhooN aaNkh`oN se behne do keh hai shaam-e-firaaq
maiN yeh samjh`ooN gaa keh sham,eN do farozaaN ho gayeeN (Ghalib)

jigar-e-tishnah-e-aazaar tasallee nah huwaa
joo-e-KhooN ham ne bahaayee bun-e-har-Khaar ke paas (Ghalib)

taSveer-e-jahaaN meN raNg bh`arnaa
taKhleeq-e-jahaaN se kam naheeN hai! (Raz Chandpuri)

(2) jahaaN yeh taraakeeb asha`ar ke darmiyaan meN aatee haiN vahaaN bh`ee (1) kee t^araH donoN SoorateN mo'tabar haiN aur e'laan-e-noon/iKhfaa-e-noon donoN kee micaaleN kaceer ta'daad meN miltee haiN:

(a) e'laan-e-noon kee micaaleN

dard-e-firaaq, zaKhm-e-jigar, daaGh-e-dil, Hasan
kyaa kyaa hameN nah voh gul-e-Khandaan de chukaa (Mir Hasan)

hai be-lab-o-zabaan bh`ee Ghul tere naam kaa
meHram naheeN hai gosh magar us payaam kaa (Ismael Meeruti)

baiThaa hai jo keh saaya-e-deevaar-e-yaar meN
farmaaN-ravaa-e-kishvar-e-Hindostaan hai (Ghalib)
har SubH Haadice se yeh kehtaa hai aasmaan
de jam-e-Khoon Mir ko gar muNh voh dh`o chukaa (Mir)

kab kaa ik umr kaa jha`gRaa hai dil-o-jaan ke beech
kaam donoN kaa kiyaa yaar ne ik aan ke beech (Mushafi)

kyaa laRakpan kaa hai aalam us but-e-naadaan kaa
bh`olee bh`aalee us kee Soorat, tis pah baalaa kaan kaa (Jur,at)

mil mujh` se ai paree tujh`e Qur,an kee qasam
detaa hooN tujh` ko taKht-e-Sulemaan kee qasam (Insha)

jo dil-e-pur-aarzoo se niklaa naalah Ishq meN
ek putlaa th`aa saraapaa Hasrat-o-eemaan kaa (Zauq)

to samjh`o keh hai Haq kee ik shaan yeh bh`ee
hai ik jalvah-e-noor-e-eemaan yeh bh`ee (Hali)

(b) iKhfaa.e.noon kee misaaleN:
naa-gavaaraa hai bohat talKhee-e-hijraaN lekin
tum jo kehte ho gavaaraa to gavaaraa hai yehee (Hasrat)

nai taba'-epareeshaaN th`ee, nai Khaat^ir mutafarriq
voh din bh`ee ajab th`e keh ham aur aap th`e baaham (Shefta)

magar jaanaa naheeN shaayad keh yaaN se ahl-e-aalam ko
yeh do din ke liYe kyaa qaSr-o-aivaaN mol lete haiN? (Atish)

rahe us shauKh se aazurdah ham chande takalluf se
takalluf bar-taraf thaa ek andaaz-e-junooN voh bh`ee (Ghalib)

umr saaree to kaTee Ishq-e-butaaN meN Momin
aaKhiree vaqt meN kyaa khaak musalmaaN hoN ge (Momin)

jee chaahataa hai ph`ir vohee furSat ke raat din
baiThe raheN taSavvur-e-jaanaaN kiYe huwe (Ghalib)

ummeed-e-sukooN ruKhSat, taskeen-e-durooN ruKhSat
ab dard kee baaree hai, ab dard mazaa de gaa! (Azad Saharanpuri)

ragoN meN gardish-e-KhooN hai keh ley hai naGhmoN kee
voh zer-o-bam kaa hai aalam keh jism gaataa hai (Firaq Gorakhpuri)

samjh`aa talak nah apne to sood-o-ziyaaN ko maiN
maanaa kiyaa Khudaa kee taraH un butaaN ko maiN (Mir)
ba'z auqaat :iZ^aafat-dar-iZ^aafat: bh`ee mumkin hai. is Soorat meN ek hee tarkeeb meN e'laan-e-noon aur iKhfaa-e-noon donoN hee naz^ar aate haiN. z^aahir hai k yeh Z^aroorat-e-she'ree kee vajh se hai. micaal dekh1iYe:
manzileN gard kee maanind uRee jaatee haiN
vohee andaaz-e-jahaan-e-guzaraaN hai k jo th`aa (Firaq Gorakhpuri)

(3) jahaaN yeh taraakeeb miSro'N ke aaKhir meN aatee haiN vahaaN Sirf iKhfaa-e-noon kee Soorat hee naz^ar aatee hai. mujh` ko baa-vujood-e-talaash-e-bisyaar koyee aisee micaal naheeN mil sakee jis meN miSre' ke aaKhir meN aane vaalee maZkoorah taraakeeb meN e'laan-e-noon bartaa gayaa ho. chand micaaleN HaaZ^ir haiN:
ai Momin aap kab se huwe bandah-e-butaaN?
baare hamaare deen meN HaZ^rat bh`ee aa gaYe! (Momin)

yooN hee gar rotaa rahaa Ghalib to ai ahl-e-jahaaN
dekh`naa in bastiyoN ko tum keh veeraaN hogayeeN! (Ghalib)

aaNkh` se hotaa hai jab ye sirr-e-majbooree a'yaaN
Khushk ho jaataa hai dil meN ashk kaa sail-e-ravaaN (Iqbal)

Hayaat kyaa hai? Khayaal-o-naz^ar kee majZoobee
Khudee kee maut hai andeshah-haaYe-goo-naa-gooN (Iqbal)

kuch` too hee bataa de hameN ai zulf-e-pareeshaaN

naheeN hai ashk, yeh hai noor-e-deedah-e-hijraaN

jis ko bh`ee dekh`iye vohee bazm meN hai Ghazal-saraa
ch`iR gayee daastaan-e-dil, ph`ir ba-Hadeec-e-deegaraaN (Firaq Gorakhpuri)

zamaane meN th`aa daur-e-seHbaa-e-but^laaN
mai-e-Haq se meHram nah th`ee bazm-e-dauraaN

nah saath`ee koyee jis se manzil ho aasaaN
nah meHram koyee jo sune dard-e-pinhaaN

jahaaN meN haiN jo un kee izzat ke KhwaahaaN
unheeN se voh rehte haiN dast-o-gareebaaN (Hali)

(VI) iKhtitaamiyyah

e'laan-e-noon/iKhfaa-e-noon ke baare meN is mufaSSil tajziyeh aur teHqeeq se chand nataa,ij aKhaZ kiYe jaa sakte haiN:

(a) agar Zer-e-beHc Farsee taraakeeb miSro'N ke shuroo' yaa darmiyaan meN istamaal huyee hoN to e'laan-e-noon aur iKhfaa-e-noon donoN kaa javaaz Hasb-e-Z^zaroorat-e-she'ree asaatizah ke kalaam meN maujood hai. chunaan.ch in ke istamaal meN koyee qabaaHat naheeN hai.

(b) agar maZkoorah taraakeeb miSr'e ke aaKhir meN hoN to iKhfaa-e-noon to Saaf aur SareeH t^aur se asaatizah kee asnaad se caabit-o-qaa,im hai lekin e'laan-e-noon kaa javaaz naheeN bantaa hai. iHtiyaat^ aur ciqaahat-e-zabaan-o-bayaan kaa iqtiZ^aa yeh hai keh jab tak koyee mo'tabar sanad is istamaal kee nah mil jaaYe Farsee taraakeeb kee mubai,yyanah Soorat meN e'laan-e-noon se mut^laq iHtiraaz kiyaa jaaYe.
